  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Wood chips or pellets (Apple, Cherry, Pecan, or Maple recommended)

Instructions

1. Preheat your smoker to **200-225°F** and add your preferred wood chips or pellets.
2. Remove the cream cheese from the packaging and place it on a foil-lined tray.
3. Score the top of the cream cheese in a crisscross pattern.
4. Lightly brush with olive oil or melted butter.
5. Season generously with your chosen rub.
6. Place the cream cheese in the smoker and smoke for **2-3 hours** until golden brown.
7. Remove from the smoker and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
8. Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh veggies.
